Submission Guidelines

Doctoral Consortium

To apply to the Doctoral Consortium, each candidate shall submit an essay that will discuss the following issues:

  • What gap or problem are you trying to fill-in or solve in your Doctoral thesis?
  • How do you plan addressing the identified gap or problem?
  • What major issues and challenges do you currently face in writing your thesis?
  • What are your expectations from this training?
  • What feedback would you like to receive on?

Submission

The Application Essay shall be sent via e-mail to the Doctoral Consortium chair, Prof Norbert Mundorf, by Mar 15, 2023 (EXTENDED DEADLINE).

Acceptance letters will be sent by Mar 31, 2023.

Registration

Registration will be open on Apr 1, 2023 with the registration deadline by May 15, 2023.

 

Conference

Submissions are based on extended structured abstracts to be submitted following these guidelines:

length

  • max 2000 words
  • max 1 figure or table
  • max 10 references

Title Page

  • Title (max 10 words)
  • Authors’ names and affiliation
  • Abstract (max 150 words)
  • Key words (3)
  • Acknowledgements (max 30 words)

Contents

  • Principal topic
  • Method
  • Key results
  • Discussion and impact
  • References (APA)

Submission

The Extended Abstracts shall be sent via e-mail to the Track Chairs by Mar 15, 2023 (EXTENDED DEADLINE).

Acceptance letters will be sent by Mar 31, 2023.
